B. Gil Horman is a professional writer with a degree in Technical Communications.

He’s worked for nearly a decade collecting, editing, and developing instructional information and web content for big companies like IBM.

Along with his experience as a writer, he has a passion for the shooting industry. Gil has spent the last 16 years in serious study of shooting, terminal ballistics, and self defense related topics.

His enthusiasm has lead him to become an NRA Certified Instructor, Glock Armorer, and a member of the Professional Outdoor Media Association (POMA).

Currently, Gil is conducting freelance product reviews, developing technical web content, and writing articles for outdoor companies and shooting publications.
