Cabela’s, the World’s Foremost Outfitter of hunting and fishing equipment, located in Lincoln, Nebraska, has an opening for a full-time CLUB Marketing Manager 3 in our Marketing Department at Cabela’s CLUB Visa.

DESCRIPTION: Responsible for development, execution and performance of CLUB Visa marketing programs in all Cabela’s retail stores. Manages 5 Regional CLUB Managers who are each responsible for the performance of CLUB operations, new account metrics and marketing programs in their regions (consisting of 6-10 stores each). Communicates with management on status of programs, challenges and opportunities. Is knowledgeable of federal, state, Visa and PCI compliance guidelines and regulations, their relevance within CLUB marketing programs and executes strategies to ensure compliance. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in Retail Operations and other relevant areas to ensure consistent and effective communication across business units. Manages all related account and expense budgets and monthly forecast processes. Reviews reports and analysis to determine how key business drivers can be manipulated through marketing programs and/or enhanced retail operations.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations and at least 6 years related experience required. Must have experience in project management and leading/managing people. Must be able to travel occasionally. Good working knowledge of retail operations, sales tactics, employee motivation and training techniques. Ability to manage independently. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, delegation, problem solving and decision making skills. Ability to organize and prioritize workload. Proficient in operating a personal computer in a Windows environment and associated MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access software packages. Ability to maintain confidentiality in personnel and business matters. Supervisory experience in retail, call center, or related experience preferred.
