Accountabilities:
The Manager, Business Analysis is responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, and planning support for the US business in order to meet statutory and corporate reporting requirements and enhance the overall financial performance of the business. The primary accountabilities include:
- Analyze and report key operating results and recommend strategies to help achieve sales goals.
- Prepare the annual sales and operating plan for assigned segments of the business, provide monthly sales/expense forecasts and analyze actual performance against both.
- Support Product pricing and analysis.
- Utilize knowledge of the Company and industry to prepare financial analysis used to increase Company profitability and operating efficiencies.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: In order to perform the accountabilities of this positions, candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Legal authorization to work in the US.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in the accounting/finance field.
- A Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Demonstrated abilities in forecasting and planning procedures.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Experience with General Ledger.
- Experience in a Retail/Wholesale environment.
- Proven ability to use SAP, Microsoft Office Suite and Hyperion.
- The willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time to perform the essential duties of this position.
- The willingness and ability to relocate to Golden, Colorado, if not already located in the area.
Preferred Qualifications: In addition to the above requirement candidates may be able to demonstrate:
- A Masters or MBA Degree.
- A CPA Certification.
