Included is Casey LaVere’s demonstration of a gutless field dressing, also using a Havalon knife. If the blade seems scalpel-sharp in the videos, it’s because these knives can be equipped with different blades, therefore preserving the touted “crazy sharpness” of the blade without requiring sharpening.
