Video: Shooting an Overloaded Shotgun is a Very Big Mistake

In another explosive video, (spoiler alert) Demolition Ranch aims to find out what will happen if you fill a shotgun barrel with bird shot, load it up and pull the trigger. Any guesses as to what will happen? Did I say too much?

For the record, you aren’t alone in saying these videos make you cringe. Seeing guns be treated like this is a tragedy, but it’s also pretty awesome, and we can’t seem to look away from it, so we figured we’d share it with all of you!

If you’re familiar with Demolition Ranch, you may have seen the video where he partially submerged a shotgun barrel in water to see the effects it would have. This video is similar, except this time the barrel is filled with bird shot instead of water.

Take a look to see what happens:

Well, there you have it . . .  it appears overbooked flights and overloaded shotguns have a similar outcome!

In all seriousness, let this be a reminder to always check and make sure your barrel is free of obstructions. You don’t want to be on the other end of a gun when it explodes like the one in this video.
