Pick up some effective deer hunting strategies at the final, and most comprehensive, talk in the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department’s fall outdoor adventure series. “Deer Hunting – the Three Phases of the Rut” will be presented on Wednesday, October 10, 2012, at 7 p.m. at the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department, 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, N.H. Admission is free. No pre-registration is required.

For this final talk in the outdoor adventure series, Dean Vanier, a Pro Staff member for Knight Rifles and founder of Northwoods Hunting Products, teams up with John Klucky, founder of Klucky’s Outdoor Adventures, to present a comprehensive seminar on deer hunting.

Vanier will share his knowledge of calling whitetails and using scent lures while exploring the three phases of the deer rut. Klucky will provide some tips on videotaping whitetail deer while deer hunting and present the film: “Hunting: The Three Phases of the Rut.” Klucky will have his New Hampshire state-record buck on display.

“This seminar will give you a whole new perspective on hunting whitetails in New England!” said Mark Beauchesne, who coordinated the series of talks for Fish and Game.
