PrimaLoft, Inc. Names Chief Financial Officer

PrimaLoft, Inc., today announced it has named Tom Seaver, Chief Financial Officer.

PrimaLoft, the world leader in high performance insulations and yarns used in leading outdoor and fashion brands, home furnishings, work wear and military applications, recently announced its separation from Albany International Corp., and is now a privately-held business.

Mr. Seaver, a Certified Public Accountant and 21-year veteran of Albany International Corp., returns to 1373 Broadway to serve as Chief Financial Officer of the newly independent PrimaLoft, Inc.  In this new role, Mr. Seaver will report directly to Michael Joyce, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Most recently, Mr. Seaver served as Chief Financial Officer at Trans World Entertainment, a leading specialty retailer of entertainment products, including music, video and electronics. As CFO, Mr. Seaver was responsible for overseeing financial planning and financial reporting divisions of the company.

Prior to his position at Trans World Entertainment, Mr. Seaver held a long and distinguished career with Albany International Corp., serving in key financial and leadership roles including Vice President, Controller and Accounting Manager of various global divisions.
