Ty Dillon Drives No. 3 Bass Pro Shops Chevrolet Truck to Victory in Texas

Ty Dillon, driver of the No. 3 Bass Pro Shops/Tracker Boats Chevrolet Silverado, won the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Texas Motor Speedway on Nov. 1.

Dillon, who was last year’s Camping World Truck Series Rookie of the Year, dominated the race, leading 130 of the 147 laps. His Bass Pro Shops Chevy truck finished 2.663 seconds ahead of Johnny Sauter after holding a lead of more than three seconds during the closing laps. Dillon’s WinStar World Casino 350 victory in Texas was his second win of the season and the third of his NASCAR trucks career. It was also the 100th victory for Richard Childress Racing’s No. 3 across the three major NASCAR national series. To top it all off, Dillon scored a perfect Driver Rating of 150.0, his first career perfect rating.
