Video: Target Shooting from a Mile Away with a .338 Savage Arms BA110

Savage Arms BA110

The southern Nevada desert is the perfect place for long-range target practice. In the video below made by Sin City Productions, a shooter takes aim with a Savage Arms BA110 chambered in .338 Lapua Magnum and mounting a Nightforce NXS 5.5-22x50mm scope out for a challenging trip to the range. Watch to see if he makes contact with the target, or if one mile is just too far away.

That is some good shooting. I heard from some friends about the 1 mile competition shoot in Texas recently that this exact gun had some major problems. They were beating the bolt open with a rubber mallet after only 20 shots. This happened to 2 separate rifles.
