NY The Bass Federation (NYTBF) announces their 2015 tournament schedule. Our goal is to provide exciting opportunities for anglers of all levels structured under a draw format where boaters are randomly paired with non-boaters (co-anglers) for an eight hour tournament day. Each angler competes only in their respective category with boater entry fees of $100 and the co-angler fees at $50. First Place boater at each point tournament is guaranteed $1,000 and the end of season two-day State Team Championship guarantees the first place boater $2,500. Angler of the Year (AOY) & State Team Championship
Anglers compete for valuable AOY points awarded at each point tournament on a one (1) point decreasing scale, 1st = 100, 2nd = 99, 3rd = 98… etc. At the end of the point tournament season the highest finishing boater and co-angler are crowned Angler of the Year and earn automatic berths onto the NYTBF Eastern Divisional Team and receive their annual membership and tournament entry fees paid for the 2016 tournament season. All anglers must fish a minimum of three out of four point tournaments to qualify to fish the end of season two-day State Team Championship.
Contingency Programs
The TBF also offers several opportunities for increased payout and additional prizes if specific program requirements are met for Ranger Cup, Evinrude, Atlas Rewards and others. For complete details check with FLW/TBF HQs.
