  1. I have venison cubed up and in the freezer. How should I prepare the meat to go into the jars – partially thawed or completely thawed and brought to room temperature before placing in the jars?

  2. I can antelope, deer and elk every year. The best way to preserve less than choice cuts. When I find chicken breasts on sale I buy several extra packages and can it as well. Great for camping.
