TNT Outdoor Explosion TV Team to Appear at SCIF/QU EPIC Outdoor Game Fair in Atlanta

When the EPIC Outdoor Game Fair gets underway at the Foxhall Resort and Sporting Club near Atlanta, Georgia, on September 23, one national outdoor television show will be well represented. Todd Cast and Marty Fischer, hosts of the popular TNT Outdoor Explosion television series, seen all 52 weeks of the year on the Pursuit Channel, will play prominent roles in the event
Sponsored by Safari Club International Foundation and Quail Unlimited, the EPIC Outdoor Game Fair is a three-day outdoor lifestyle event that offers hands-on activities such as shooting, archery, fishing, canine trials, and boating, as well as exhibitions, shows, live concerts, seminars, and vendors in a variety of activity-themed villages. The Game Fair runs September 23-25.
Fischer, who is a well-known outdoor writer, professional shooting instructor, and internationally-recognized gun club designer, will serve as the Shooting Village manager for the three-day event, which features championship sporting clays, 5-stand, wobble trap, and a special “fine gun” demo area. He is the designer of the entire shooting venue at the Foxhall development, and he brings to the table more than 20 years of shooting event management for many local, regional, and national championships. Since 1992, Fischer has designed more than 150 sporting clays courses throughout North America, including many of the top-rated courses nationwide.
While Fischer is busy overseeing the Shooting Village, Cast can be found in the Archery Village, where he will conduct daily seminars on bowhunting. Cast is a professional long-range rifle and certified archery instructor in his home state of Texas. He is also a very accomplished archery hunter, having taken big game from North America and South America, to Africa, New Zealand, and in between with the bow. He has taken a number of record book animals with his bow and is well-known as an expert in the world of bowhunting.
In addition to his internationally-acclaimed archery expertise, Cast is the founder of the Cast of Dreams foundation, which provides dream hunts for children with disabilities or terminal diseases. This organization was founded in 2009 and has become an integral part of the mission statement of the TNT Outdoor Explosion television series.
Fischer and Cast will be on the event grounds for all three days and will tape a segment on the event for the TNT Outdoor Explosion series that will air in early 2012.
TNT Outdoor Explosion is a fast-paced, highly entertaining and educational outdoor series hosted by Todd Cast and Marty Fischer on the Pursuit Channel (Direct TV 608 and Dish Network 240). The series airs three times each week of the year with at least one prime-time airing in all U.S. time zones.
