Outdoor Enthusiasts Asked to Avoid Parts of Eastern Ohio

Columbus, OH – Hunters, campers, hikers, and other outdoor enthusiasts are advised to avoid outdoor activity in Muskingum, eastern Licking, northern Perry, northern Morgan, southern Coshocton and western Guernsey counties. This advisory is being issued following some dangerous wild animals that remain on the loose after escaping captivity from a private facility.

Local authorities are warning the public to be on alert and if they see one of these animals to stay away and immediately call the Muskingum County Sheriff’s department at 740-452-3637.
