Laura Torres-Reyes Takes Home High Lady Title at 2012 IDPA Triple Crown Second Jewel

Team ITI [G4S International Training, Inc. (G4S ITI)] member Laura Torres-Reyes took home the High Lady title, as well as placing second in the SSP Expert Division, at the IDPA Triple Crown Second Jewel, held at the Universal Shooting Academy in Frostproof, FL April 15th, 2012. This High Lady title comes as a nice follow-up to Torres-Reyes’ High Lady title from the First Jewel of the Triple Crown held in February 2012. “The Triple Crown matches are always some of the most technical, tactically challenging matches of the year. This second jewel of 2012 was no exception,” remarked Torres-Reyes. “The brilliant stage designs of Toni ‘Honeybunny’ Dandreamateo are always a joy to execute, and the dedication of staff is a true testament to the spirit of IDPA. This match was also significant as a heartfelt appreciation and fundraiser for one of the best match directors in IDPA. It was inspiring to see the tremendous support from the IPDA community.”
Torres-Reyes’ next competition will be at the Virginia Maryland Section held at the Fredericksburg Practical Shooters located in Fredericksburg, MD May 18th – 20th, 2012.
