Ranger-Evinrude TESTRIDE Program Joins Forrest Wood Cup in Georgia

The Ranger-Evinrude TESTRIDE program merges with the biggest FLW event of the season this weekend: The Forrest Wood Cup on Lake Lanier in Georgia. The open public invitation to attend these free activities kicks off at 10:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, August 10th and 11th . The rides launch from Laurel Park and will conclude at 3:00 p.m. both days. A professional angler will take participants out for a free ride on Lake Lanier showcasing all the benefits of an Evinrude-powered Ranger Boat. Enjoyed at this same location two years ago, TESTRIDE affords community residents another on-the-water fun activity tied to FLW Outdoors’ biggest tournament of the year.
“This is a great program from Ranger-Evinrude with super incentives for those that participate,” shared Janet Parker, pro staff member for the TESTRIDE sponsors. Parker will be one of the professional bass anglers offering rides in the Z500 series Rangers with state-of-the-art 250 Evinrude H.O.s and E-TECs in Georgia. “A package for $1500 in incentives helps potential buyers purchase a Ranger-Evinrude boat in the near future. Anyone on the fence should come take a ride for that benefit alone.” For those still shopping, free t-shirts and Rapala lures for the first 50 riders should whet the appetite.
