San Rafael, Calif.-based Dispatch Comms., a communications agency with clients in consumer products, sports and travel and tourism, announced a new client relationship with Easton-Bell Sports’ Bell and Blackburn brands. Dispatch will provide public relations and marketing services for both of the bicycle equipment brands.
