JETBeam Launches World’s First Digital Display LED Flashlight

JETBeam has released what it claims to be the first ever series of digital display LED flashlights. The DD (digital display) series consists of five flashlights that range in size and lumens output.

Each flashlight has a patented digital display system which lets the user choose one of four modes of operation. There are three light intensity settings – H (high), E (a sideways M means mid-level), L (light) and S (strobe). Features include:

  • Cree G2 LED
  • Battery operated
  • Battery power display
  • Waterproof to IPX-8
  • Stainless steel and aerospace aluminum body
  • Battery life of up to 20 hours
  • Beam distance up to 130 meters (426.5 feet)

The JETBeam DD series flashlights retail between $79 and $95.
