Cow Moose Poached in Montana’s Little Belt Mountains

State game wardens are seeking information regarding the poaching of a cow moose near the south, or top end, of Belt Park Road in the Little Belt Mountains.
The moose was shot and killed in the early morning of Oct. 25 on private property along Belt Park Road, near Harley Park.
Two young of the year calves were left by the standing by the animal’s carcass.

Rewards are available through the TIPMONT program and informants are kept confidential.
