Crimson Trace Wins Award of Excellence at NASGW

The National Association of Sporting Goods Wholesalers this week recognized Crimson Trace with its prestigious Award of Excellence in Accessory Manufacturing. The award is presented in four categories of firearms, ammunition, optics and accessories and is earned only by companies who demonstrate outstanding commitment to their distributor network.
“This award validates the enormous effort we put into servicing our dealers and the value we place on their effort’” said Jeff Goddard, Director of Sales for Crimson Trace. “What makes this award special is that it’s decided by the distributors themselves, so we’re enormously honored to be chosen by the people who provide the link to the end user.” Companies are selected based on the level of service they provide, their marketing and sales support and overall product quality.
The award was presented at the 39th annual Expo and Meeting in Orlando, which is the primary venue for hunting, sporting goods and shooting sports wholesalers and industry sales professionals. The event marks the start of the busy season for the firearms industry and is regarded as a gauge for the rest of the year. “We’re looking forward to another period of exceptional sales and some great new product launches in the next few months,” said Goddard. “Crimson Trace will continue its firm commitment to our distribution network and we anticipate expanding both the breadth and depth of our relationships in 2013.” Some of the products the company will bring to market was shown by Goddard and his staff at the Expo. These included the new Defender Series™ line of value-driven sights, as well as the first compact green Lasergrips.
