Male Lion Hunting to Close in Montana’s Districts 411 and 412

The hunting of all male mountain lions in northcentral Montana hunting districts 411 and 412, in portions of Golden Valley, Fergus, and Judith Basin counties, to close at one-half hour after sunset on Friday, December 28, 2012.

The closure notice for the hunt came shortly after Fish, Wildlife & Parks officials received word that the pre-established fall harvest quota for the districts combined had been met.
