Big Shot Bikes Announces Eastern European Distribution

Big Shot Bikes, online retailers of design-your-own fixed gear and single speed bikes, has announced a distribution deal with Bieler Trading LTD to sell its products in the entire Balkans region with its nearly 25 million potential customers. Under the stipulations of the deal, Big Shot Bikes products will become available to bike lovers in Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Macedonia, and Montenegro. Bikes will be sold through specialized stores, while Bieler Trading LTD also secured an agreement with the regional distribution leader ComTrade to deliver the products through its dealers network and retail chains.
This is the second international distribution deal for Big Shot, following on last year’s entry into South Korea. “We have seen steady domestic growth for the past three years, so we are now looking towards establishing more of an international presence. We feel there are tremendous growth opportunities in the Balkans as an emerging market” says Matt Peterson, owner of Big Shot Bikes.
The Balkans, like many other European regions, is seeing strong growth in fashionable urban commuter style bikes. The relationship between Bieler Trading LTD and Big Shot will allow both companies the chance to capitalize on this emerging customer base. “Contemporary markets demand product customization to fit individual styles of each consumer and Big Shot Bikes clearly recognizes this trend.
