The program will consist of three basic training modules that are designed specifically for the sales associates. Each module trains the associate on the company and its products—from terminology, to materials, to design, to in-field use applications. The modules are fun, entertaining and engage the user while providing essential product information.
At the completion of each module, each associate will demonstrate his or her comprehension by completing an assessment. Upon completion of all three modules with appropriate assessment scores, associates will receive discounts that they, themselves, can use toward the Rage products of their choice.
