Video: Deer Jumps over Racecar in LeMons Rally

A bold deer seen at this year’s Capitol Offense LeMons race decided he might try for a place on the podium. Seeing as how the race involves junkers, lemons and other racecars the official website calls simply “dilapidated,” this critter might have had a fair chance. As the drivers were midway through a lap–and hoping that parts don’t fall off their vehicles–the deer leapt over one of the cars in the outermost lane. It quickly realized that moving vehicles were detrimental to its health and reportedly fled for the woods.

The incident happened in Summit Point, West Virginia.
