Video: Daughter’s Priceless Reaction to Her First Successful Deer Bowhunt

Chris Bryan must be one proud father after this bowhunting trip he took with his daughter Reagan. With some coaching from dad, the young huntress made a solid shot at 25 yards. In footage recorded by her father, the arrow can be seen hitting home and the deer bolts off—but the highlight of this video is the priceless reaction from Reagan afterward.

“I shot a deer daddy!” she managed to get out between giggles.

For many hunters, there are few things more rewarding than to introduce the next generation to hunting, the joy of the outdoors, and conservation of America’s wildlife. Sometimes that reward comes into the form of an unabashed grin.
