You could get a snowmobile, or if you have an old saw blade, some metal piping, and a jon boat you don’t really use anymore, you could have the next best thing. The man in this video proves that you don’t need to shell out the big bucks for transportation on the ice, you just need some old-fashioned ingenuity—and a blatant disregard for your own personal safety.

We highly recommend that you don’t use a saw blade for propulsion in any of your vehicles, least of all on ice.

Well, on the plus side, if the ice breaks you’ve got a boat with you. I have to wonder if he’s got oars in there though…

“We highly recommend that you don’t use a saw blade for propulsion in any of your vehicles” Why, is a boat’s propeller any safer?

How wide is this “sawblade” you all sure its not cut from thicker steel a saw blade is only 1/8″ thick.or less..and would not have any traction.IMO
