Must-See Video: Field-Dressing Deer Fail

At some point in every young deer hunter’s life, there comes a time when you have to field-dress a deer solo. Perhaps your dad insisted that you gut your first deer, or maybe he let you observe (i.e. “Hold that leg!”) while he handled the messy chore for your first couple of deer.

Whatever the case, it’s probably safe to say that a good number of deer hunters – adults included – really don’t enjoy field-dressing a deer. Plain and simple, they do it because it has to be done.

That said, the guy featured in the Throwback Thursday video below takes his aversion to gutting a deer to a whole new level. As you can see, his hunting buddies are full of empathy. Not!
