It’s pretty ironic that as hunters, we have learned to respect deer for their wits, yet we keep seeing them get themselves into these peculiar situations.
We just saw how a deer got hung up on a fence and a hunter had to save it. Well, here’s another deer that got stuck in a fence, but this one required a little more help.
The situation took place at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in New Jersey, the day before Halloween. First responders of the Totowa Fire Rescue Team arrived on the scene about 6:15 a.m.
As you’ll see in the video, the team went right to work to bust the deer free. It took a tarp to calm down the deer, and a hydraulic spreader to pry apart the bars. The deer ended up suffering a little wound on its side, but nothing too serious. It beats spending Halloween night in a cemetery!
