Video: Raccoon Takes Over Nest on Live Eagle Cam

Those of you that have been keeping up with our Live Eagle Cam are in for another surprise.

Back in September, this same camera caught a glimpse of a possible Bigfoot walking through the woods below. Now, the nest has a new furry visitor. A raccoon has found its way up into the nest recently, and has made itself right at home.

On a cold, windy winter day like today, this raccoon is in position A. He’s been tucked away out of the wind for most of the day, but will probably climb down from his newly rented home once the sun goes down.

Hopefully mama eagle doesn’t come back anytime soon; she probably wouldn’t appreciate someone living in her nest rent-free.
