Video: Horse Attacks Gator in State Park; Only in Florida . . .

Krystal Berry was at Paynes Prairie State Park, just south of Gainesville, Florida, when she and her friends witnessed one of the most titanic – and unexpected – clashes of wildlife we’ve seen in a while.

According to WFTV Orlando News, Berry and her friends were at the park to celebrate graduating from nursing school in Ocala.

While soaking up the sun and all the natural beauty of the state park, Berry and her friends came across a group of wild horses, including a mare and her foal. Also lurking nearby was an alligator that was a little too close for comfort, at least for the stallion in the group of horses . . .

Fortunately, Berry had her phone and captured it all on video, which she posted to her Facebook page. You can see the video of this wild encounter below.
