Video: Have You Seen the Marines New Tank that can Also Ride on Water?

Introducing the U.S. Marine’s UHAC, aka the Ultra Heavy-lift Amphibious Connector.

It’s an armored truck that can literally travel on any and all terrains, and is designed to carry military vehicles across water.

The treads are made of foam blocks, which obviously help keep the tank afloat, but still enables it to cruise across land, reaching speeds up to 25 mph.

The one you saw in the Facebook video above is only a prototype, and the final model is said to be at least twice the size – measuring a colossal 84 ft in length and 34 ft tall!

With all that extra leg room, it allows more room to load up to three smaller tanks. Imagine that: a tank hauling tanks . . . and that’s why we have the strongest military power in the world.
