Chad Mendes, the hard hitting Sacramento resident, capped off his 2018 archery season by heading to the Midwest and sealing the deal on a mature Ohio whitetail.

For those who doubt late-season success, we highly encourage you to reconsider. Deer become increasingly unpredictable this time of year, but you never know when that may actually work in your favor. Like Chad said in his Facebook post, it all came together for him and he was in the right place at the right time.. which leads to this question: What is going on with the bucks in Ohio?! – Must be something in the water there.
