SHOT Show 2019: Expanding on the P320 XSERIES; The SIG SAUER P320 XCOMPACT

Perhaps not in everyone’s book, but for me, it feels almost blasphemous to go to SHOT Show and not stop by the SIG SAUER booth. This year, SIG featured their concealable P320 XCOMPACT – SIG’s latest installment to their P320 XSERIES. The SIG SAUER P320 XCOMPACT features a newly designed grip module with a stylish beavertail and fastback profile, a deep trigger guard undercut and a contoured magazine well.
SIG SAUER’s P320 XCOMPACT is a modular, striker-fired pistol with a serialized trigger group that makes it adaptable to multiple caliber, size, and grip options. The P320 XCOMPACT is available in 9mm and features X-RAY3 day/night sights, a flat trigger, and night sight rear plate making it optic ready. The intuitive 3-point takedown of the pistol requires no trigger pull for disassembly, and safety features include a striker safety and disconnect safety.
Now, I strongly urge you not to mock the flat trigger until you’ve tried it. Some shooters will be more open to the idea than others, but it felt uniquely comfortable in my hands, and wasn’t distracting by any means.
The P320 XCOMPACT also comes standard with two 15-round magazines.

Given the large crowds at the SIG booth, we fully expect the SIG SAUER P320 XCOMPACT to be a very popular handgun in 2019.
