The flat-shooting, long-range capability of the 6.5 PRC caliber makes it a perfect match for deer hunting. The Federal Fusion version of this round weighs in at 140 grains. The bullet uses a pressure-formed lead core. It’s then bonded with a molecularly-fused jacket to ensure superior weight retention after impact. A boat-tail design was used to maximize the round’s ballistic coefficient. The skived tip of the bullet is used to give consistent and reliable expansion to drop your deer where it stands.
