The new Trail Camera Field App is available through iTunes or the Android Market for $1.99. This hunter friendly app incorporated GPS mapping capability. Not only does it track your location and mark camera locations, it has the ability to mark other key elements, such as water holes, treestands, camp, game trails, rub and scrape lines, etc. Export and share mapping on Facebook, through emails, or save to your gallery.
The “Weather/Hunt Forecast” function, users can key in their zip code, city, state, or let the location based feature on the camera pinpoint the location for the area with a 24 hour, 3 day or 10 day extended forecast. The forecast includes all the usual weather information plus the sunrise, sunset, moon phase and barometric pressure.
The Trail Camera Field App has a photo manager/sharing feature where the user can set up image galleries allowing the user to organize photos in any manner whether by date, hunt or species. The user can share uploads, and have a social media stream where comments can be posted in real time. Tech tips, exclusive promotions and discounts will be available from Stealth Cam. The Trail Camera Field App offers video tips from the Stealth Cam Pro Staff that hunters can take advantage of to get the edge on their game.
