Liberty Mountain Joins Grassroots Outdoor Alliance as a Vendor Partner

Grassroots Outdoor Alliance is pleased to announce that Liberty Mountain has joined our organization as a Vendor partner.
Liberty Mountain and Peregrine Outfitters have recently signed an agreement for Liberty Mountain to acquire Peregrine and merge their distribution and fulfillment businesses. The transaction between these two long-time outdoor distributors is planned for completion in December 2011.
Peregrine Outfitters joined Grassroots as a Vendor Partner in the fall of 2010. With the acquisition of Peregrine Outfitters by Liberty Mountain, Liberty will now be the primary vendor partner offering an extensive selection of products and services from both organizations.
