Delta Waterfowl Welcomes New COO
Busmark, ND— Delta Waterfowl is pleased to announce Nick Pinizzotto has joined the organization as chief operating officer.
Pinizzotto, 37, of Indiana, Pennsylvania, is an avid outdoorsman and committed conservationist who spent the last 15 years developing and managing several highly successful watershed conservation programs.
As Associate Vice President of the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy, Pinizzotto oversaw the organization’s award-winning watershed and conservation services initiatives.
While leading a large team of environmental specialists, he built the program’s annual budget from $100,000 to nearly $2 million.
Pinizzotto’s credentials include an impressive track record in government, private and non-profit sectors. He’s successfully built three for-profit businesses and is a proven fundraiser.
While Pinizzotto enjoys waterfowling, he spends most of his time outdoors chasing whitetail deer. He’s received two levels of habitat management certification from the Quality Deer Management Association, and is an avid outdoor writer, photographer, and videographer.
“I’m very excited about this wonderful opportunity with Delta Waterfowl,” said Pinizzotto. “To help lead a 100-year-old organization that has done amazing things for waterfowl and waterfowl hunting across North America is a perfect fit for my professional background and passion for hunting and the outdoors. I’m honored that they have asked me to join the team.”
