Reno Nevada PD Named as Official Host of 2012 ‘1 Inch to 100 Yards Warrior Conference’

Khyber Interactive Associates, a world-class emergency response training, research and consulting company, today announced that the Reno (NV) Police Department will be the official host of the 2012 ‘1 Inch to 100 yards Warrior Conference’ and Expo. The conference will be held August 14-17 in Reno, Nevada at the Grand Sierra Resort & Casino.

In 2010 the Reno Police Department assisted the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office in supporting the ‘1 Inch to 100 yards Warrior Conference’ and Expo. The department provided man power at the Expo site and at the offsite live fire range area. This year the Reno Police Department will be the exclusive host of the conference.
Reno PD will be providing dedicated logistical and staffing support to help make the 2012 ‘1 Inch to 100 yards Warrior Conference’ and Expo a memorable one. Reno Police Officer and event liaison, Charlie de St. Maurice, had this to say about the conference.

The Reno Police Department Honor Guard will be present at the ‘1 Inch to 100 Yards Warrior Conference’ Annual Mixer to post the colors and launch the event. Khyber and Reno PD will also host a two day tactical training vendor expo during the conference. The Expo will feature some of the largest and most reputable companies in the tactical industry.
Both the 1 inch to 100 Yards Warrior Conference and Vendor Expo offer great networking opportunities to vendors, attendees, and participating sponsors.

This year’s conference will take place at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino. The resort has standard, luxury summit, and grand sierra suites all at special rate for the conference.
