The Lawman Family: STI’s 1911 Family Just Got a Little Bigger

New for 2012 the Employee Owners of STI are proud to announce the expansion of their popular Lawman line by adding a 4.15″ version as well as a 3.0″ version.
The Lawman 5.0 and Lawman 4.15 pistols are built on forged steel, standard width frames with finely checkered front and back straps, while the Lawman 3.0 is built on forged aerospace grade aluminum for easier daily carry. Flat checkered mainspring housings provide an excellent hold and the controls are STI International’s singled sided thumb safeties and STI International high-rise beavertail grip safeties. The Lawman features include traditional 1911 styling with lowered and flared ejection port and front and rear cocking serrations. The rear sight is the STI TAS adjustable low-snag sight and the STI competition front for an easy sight picture. The barrels are either a 5.0″ or 4.15″ fully supported STI International ramped barrel with match grade bushing or, in the case of the Lawman 3.0, a 3.0″ bull barrel. All Lawman pistols come standard with STI International commander style hammers and patented STI International trigger systems.
The Lawman family is offered exclusively in traditional polished blue finishes. Grip panels are STI’s black G-10 mycarta. The Lawman series pistols are available in .45 ACP, .40S&W, and (new for 2012) in 9×19.
