Bluebird Nesting Box Workshop at Potato Creek State Park, Indiana

Potato Creek State Park is hosting a bluebird nesting box workshop on Feb. 25 from 1-4 p.m. in the nature center.
Workshop participants will build a Peterson-style nest box to take home and learn how to manage it. Guidelines will be given on where and how to place the nesting box.
The park will also accept donations from participants who want to help attract birds to the park. Donated boxes will be placed on the bluebird trail in Potato Creek.
The fee for the workshop materials is $20. The entrance fee is $5 per car for Indiana residents and $7 per car for out-of-state residents.
There is a limited number of nesting box kits and advance registration is recommended. To register, call the nature center at (574) 656-8186.
