Khyber Interactive Associates and South African Scarlet Tactical Form Strategic Partnership

Khyber Interactive Associates, a world-class emergency response training, research and consulting company, today announced that they have partnered with the South African firm, Scarlet Tactical, a leading provider of unique and innovative training and resources, for Law Enforcement, Military and Security professionals.
