The Newest Extreme Winter Sport? Mobility Scooter Snow Racing

Extreme mobility scootering has taken the power sports world by storm. Well, not really, but this is still a very entertaining video. In this two minute clip Colin Furze takes his modified mobility scooter up to a blistering 51MPH, and if that was not extreme enough for you, this happens on what appears to be a frozen lake without any apparent safety equipment. Please, if ever try anything like this, wear a helmet. And a life preserver. And knee pads.

I enjoy nearly all types of outdoor activities, especially those which allow me to travel to new and exciting locations. I love power sports whether they are on the water, roads, trails, or simply on untraversed terrain. I also have a particular obsession with anything riding on two wheels. As an avid motorcycle rider I try to spend as much time as possible on my bike, which in turn has allowed me to explore some of Michigan's most enchanting wilderness areas.
