Second Amendment Foundation’s President Alan Gottlieb drops in on Sunday with information on the latest victory. This one comes from Maryland, where a federal court ruled that the state conceal carry law – where one had to prove why they needed a permit – was unconstitutional. Setting off a flurry of comments on Gun Talk Radio and in cyberspace is the story of Nick Looman of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Looman was detained by local police after legally openly carrying his holstered pistol into an elementary school last Tuesday as he voted in a primary election.
