The Outdoor Group Completes Scott Archery/CBE Acquisition

The Outdoor Group, parent company to Elite Outdoors, LLC and Elite Archery since 2009, has completed the acquisition of assets and business of Scott Archery and Custom Bow Equipment (CBE), a division of Scott Archery. The deal combines Elite Archery’s experience in premium bow manufacturing, innovation and marketing with Scott Archery’s history of excellence in the design and manufacturing of top-quality releases and custom hunting and target sights.

Scott Archery and CBE will stay in its current location of Clay City, Kentucky. The key members of Elite Outdoors will collaborate with their new partners at Scott Archery and CBE to continue developing innovative releases and sights. The Outdoor Group will continue Scott Archery and CBE’s commitment of manufacturing all parts for its product
lines in the United States.
