Adult Hunter Education Field Day is April 7 in Nebraska

An adult hunter education course field day, designed specifically for hunting in mountains, will take place April 7 at the Lincoln Izaak Walton League, located a half mile south of Neb. Hwy. 2 on South 134th Street.
Participants must complete the free online course and pass a test given at the start of the field day, which will be held from noon-5 p.m.
The field day will cover the following: GPS, map and compass, guides and outfitters, finding game, hunting in unfamiliar environment, survival, tree stands, equipment selection, packing, and field-dressing big game.
Participants may bring their rifle to sight-in.
