Comp-Tac Victory Gear, a leading manufacturer of holsters and accessories, is inviting the outdoor industry media to visit them during the SHOT Show Media Day at the Range at the Boulder City Pistol & Rifle Range, in Boulder City, Nevada on Monday, January 14, 2013.
During SHOT Show Media Day at the Range Comp-Tac will offer a variety of giveaways, take media requests for holster samples, and unveil their newest product, and first Level 2 retention holster, The International Duty.
“We are all very excited about attending SHOT Show Media Day at the Range and showcasing our newest holster, The International Duty. Law enforcement and military customers have been wearing our holsters for off-duty or plainclothes work for years. We hope that with the introduction of The International Duty officers will turn to Comp-Tac for both their off- and on-duty holster needs,” explained Owner and President of Comp-Tac Gregg Garrett.
The International Duty is Comp-Tac’s first Level 2 retention holster and provides a leather/snap thumb break for level two retention. In addition to the thumb break, The International Duty features many of the same great options that Comp-Tac holster’s are famous for:
Modular Mounting System: Similar to The International, The International Duty has a belt mount, paddle mount, and drop offset to make this the most comfortable, versatile holster on the market.
Belt Width Adjustment: Both mounting options, the belt mount and paddle mount, offer the option to be worn with a 1.5 inch or larger belt.
Right and Left Handed: All Comp-Tac holsters are designed with both the right and left hand options available immediately.
Color Options: The International Duty is available in black, red and digital camo for each user’s individual preference.
Comp-Tac, which will be represented at media day by Comp-Tac team members Gregg Garrett, Gordon Carrell and Randi Rogers, will be located in the main tent and will be giving away goodies including lanyards and press kits. All outdoor media members are encouraged to stop by to learn more about the Comp-Tac line.
During SHOT Show itself Team Comp-Tac’s Gregg Garrett, Gordon Carrell and Randi Rogers will be walking the main show floor, so if you miss them at Media Day at the Range please be sure to stop them and say “Hi!”
Those outdoor media members unable to attend the 2013 SHOT Show should contact Comp-Tac’s in-house media contact Cathey Osborne at Cathey@comp-tac.com to request a media kit and any sample holsters.
