“Defending the rights of private property owners and sportsmen has always been a core principle of the Texas Deer Association so we’re proud to have Dallas Safari Club’s Ben Carter as our keynote speaker at this year’s convention,” says Karl Kinsel, executive director for the Texas Deer Association. “Ben loves to shoot and chase whitetails on his ranch but his passion, just like ours, is working hard to preserve our hunting heritage and individual rights as sportsmen and land owners.”
