Larry and Brenda Potterfield continue to take a very active role in supporting youth shooting across the nation with their latest matching contribution of nearly $975,000 and an additional $15,000 going to its August Constiuent Challenge winner. That total of almost $990,000 will go to the MidwayUSA Foundation to be distributed among youth shooting organizations.
“We want to support shooting teams and organizations to see the sport become stronger and more competitive. This is our way of helping to change the future of shooting sports,” explained Larry Potterfield in regards to their determination to match each dollar that comes to the Scholastic Shooting Trust.
The MidwayUSA Foundation, Inc. and its Scholastic Shooting Trust is a public charity established by MidwayUSA founders Larry and Brenda Potterfield. Each donation is important to the future of the shooting sports industry and brings the Foundation one step closer to achieving sustainable support for youth shooting programs.
