Law Enforcement Targets, Inc. (LET) announced today that it will begin offering the official International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) cardboard target. Company officials recently completed negotiations and production of the target. IDPA was created in 1996 to promote a shooting sport based on defensive pistol techniques.
David O’Meara (Division Manager for LET) stated, “LET is very pleased to be aligned with IDPA and we feel confident that this new partnership will strengthen each other’s’ organizational goals.” This arrangement will allow LET to reach the interest of more shooters and IDPA will benefit by the broad geographical reach of LET, especially beyond the borders of the U.S.A.
The IDPA targets are now available now through LET and will be accompanied by a paper practice target used to learn the particular scoring zones of the official cardboard version.
