OutdoorHub 09.16.13
If you’re thinking about hunting deer this fall, come learn how to get started at a free talk called “Deer Hunting Basics” on Thursday, September 19, 2013, at 7 p.m. at the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department, 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, N.H. No pre-registration is required.
Whitetail deer are New Hampshire’s most sought-after game animal; in 2012, hunters took more than 11,600 deer in the state. At this talk, Presenter Dave Priebe will provide the essential information new whitetail deer hunters need to know. Priebe is a lifelong naturalist, a volunteer New Hampshire hunter education instructor and a Quaker Boy Game Calls Pro-Staff member. His talk is ideal for new and apprentice hunters.
This talk is part of a series of free evening outdoor adventure talks at Fish and Game. The talks continue through October 9, 2013. See the full lineup at http://www.huntnh.com/Newsroom/2013/Q3/deer_talks_overview_083013.html.
