Mississippi’s Tunica County Youth Fishing Rodeo Rescheduled for September 28
The Youth Fishing Rodeo, sponsored by The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks (MDWFP) and Tunica County at the Paul Battle, Jr. Arena & Exposition Center, has been rescheduled for Saturday, September 28. The fishing rodeo is open to youth 15 years and under. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. The Center is located on Highway 61 in Tunica.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own fishing gear, catfish bait, and stringers.
MDWFP fishing rodeos offer a quality fishing experience for young anglers in a controlled and safe environment. The rodeo pond is well stocked with catfish to make it easier for participants to catch fish. This rodeo is a great way for a family to spend quality time together.
